Tap the left side of your chest 6 times and say, “Very good.”

“When I have that, what will I do?”
Press the middle portion of your right pointer finger 6 times while asking, “When I have that, what will I do?”
Write down whatever thoughts, feelings, or images arise.
Tap the left side of your chest 6 times with your open right hand and say, “Very good.”

“If I had or became what I want, what would it look like?”
Press the bottom portion of your right pointer finger 6 times while asking, “If I had or became what I want, what would it look like?”
Write down everything that arises. Continue asking the questions until a clear picture begins to form.
Carry Your Vision With You
Once your vision becomes clearer, choose something tangible to represent what emerged for you.
A mala, bracelet, stone—or another meaningful object—can become a physical anchor for your intention, reminding you of what you saw, what you felt, and who you are becoming.
