At My Visionary Wear, each piece is created with intention and care.

We accept returns only in the case of a defect in craftsmanship or an early break occurring within 30 days of delivery.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition.


Defective Items

If your item arrives with a defect or experiences an early break within 30 days, please contact us at:

We may ask that the item be returned for inspection.

Once received and reviewed, we will determine whether the issue is due to a defect in craftsmanship. If approved, we will offer either:

  • a repair, or
  • a refund to your original method of payment

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If you have not received your refund:

  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.Ā 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Natural Wear & Care

Our pieces are made with natural materials and are often worn daily. Over time, normal wear—including stretching, softening, or breakage—can occur.

This type of wear is considered part of the natural lifecycle of the piece and is not considered a defect.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.


Final Sale Items

Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.


🌿 Legacy Care & Repairs

We understand that some pieces become deeply personal over time.

For items outside the return window, we offer Legacy Care repair services for pieces you wish to continue wearing and preserving.

If your piece needs repair due to natural wear, please contact us at sales@myvisionarywear.com. We are happy to guide you through available repair options.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
