Reach for Clear Current when you're navigating change, making a decision, preparing for an important conversation, or feeling the tension between what you know internally and what you're ready to express externally.

Before beginning, hold the mala in both hands and take several slow breaths. Feel your feet against the ground and allow yourself to arrive fully in the moment.

As you move through the beads, repeat:

I trust what is becoming clear.

You can also bring a specific question or situation into the practice without trying to immediately find an answer. Allow the repetition and movement through the beads to create space around it.

When you reach the guru bead, pause and ask:

What am I ready to acknowledge, express, or move toward?

Notice what arises without forcing it.

Avoid direct contact with sunscreen, lotions, oils, perfumes, and household chemicals.

Remove your mala before swimming, bathing, showering, or prolonged exposure to water to protect the stones, hand-knotting, and tassel.

Avoid dropping the mala or striking the faceted and naturally included stones against hard surfaces.

For energetic cleansing, use a dry method such as moonlight, incense, or sound rather than soaking the mala or placing it in salt water.

Store your mala in a soft pouch or dedicated space when not in use.

If the tassel becomes rumpled, lightly dampen the fibers, gently reshape them, and lay flat to dry.
