Love & Compassion Mala | Higher Love

Use Higher Love as a meditation on the movement from self-love into expanded awareness, oneness, and divine connection.

Begin by holding the mala near your heart. Take several slow breaths and bring your awareness inward — to your own presence, your own wholeness, and the love that exists within you.

As you move through the beads, repeat:

I open to the love within me and the divine love that connects all things.

Allow your awareness to expand naturally. From the heart, imagine that sense of connection extending beyond the boundaries of the individual self — into life, consciousness, oneness, and whatever the divine means within your own experience.

When you reach the guru bead, become still.

Rest in the awareness that you are both an individual expression of life and part of something infinitely larger.

Avoid direct contact with sunscreen, lotions, oils, perfumes, and household chemicals.

Remove your mala before swimming, bathing, showering, or prolonged exposure to water to protect the stones, hand-knotting, and tassel.

Handle the mala gently and avoid striking the stones against hard surfaces, particularly the Kunzite and Lepidolite.

For energetic cleansing, use a dry method such as moonlight, incense, or sound rather than soaking the mala or placing it in salt water.

Store your mala in a soft pouch or dedicated space away from prolonged direct sunlight, particularly to help preserve the color of Kunzite and Amethyst.

If the tassel becomes rumpled, lightly dampen the fibers, gently reshape them, and lay flat to dry.
