Remove your mala before swimming, bathing, showering, or prolonged exposure to water to protect the stones, Rosewood, hand-knotting, and tassel.

Take additional care with the Oco Agate geode. Its natural crystalline surface can be more delicate than polished beads, so avoid dropping the mala or allowing the geode to strike hard surfaces.

For energetic cleansing, use a dry method such as moonlight, incense, or sound rather than soaking the mala or placing it in salt water.

Store your mala in a soft pouch or dedicated space when not in use, preferably positioned so the geode and Jasper pendant aren't rubbing against other jewelry.
